Monthly Contest - Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to disqualify a Partner from the Rewards Program under the following circumstances: - If a Partner violates any laws and/ or applicable regulations and/ or the current Terms and Conditions. - If a Partner acts in bad faith and/ or abusively and/ or fraudulently and/ or in a manner that is not in line with the terms of the Partnership Agreement between the Partner and Onetickmarkets Limited. - If there is reasonable suspicion that the trading volume corresponding to a Partner is derived by error and/or fraud and/or any doubtful operations.
- By accepting a Prize, the Partner automatically provides his express consent and grants permission to Onetickmarketsto use the Partner’s photo image, name, contact details and details of the Prize for Onetickmarkets Limited’s marketing objectives. Refusal of the Partner to participate in any marketing/ promotional videos, photo shoots and/ or any other promotional activities arranged by Onetickmarketsmay result in cancellation of the Prize and the Partner in such a case is obliged to return the Prize to Onetickmarkets Limited.
- Onetickmarketswill contact the winning Partners through the specific contact methods that the Partner communicated to Onetickmarketsfor the operation of the account with Onetickmarkets Limited. In the event that the Partner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a period of 10 days, the Prize will be cancelled.
- If you have already achieved multiple prize targets when the program starts, you will only be eligible to receive the prize of the last (highest) level you achieved.

- The OnetickmarketsRewards Program is set to run indefinitely. In the event that the program is discontinued, Partners will be informed in advance.

- Approximately 30% of Qualifying Trading Volume must have been referred directly by an IB partner, while the rest can be considered based on the ranking of the IB partnership.
